Must be like SB44 says, because I've ordered a Quickwash (reconditioned) with mine, so they must be waiting for one to come in so they can dispatch my two together. I guess if you've just ordered just the Flipease, you might be ok, because from what you are saying they are sending them out pretty quickly.maemaesmummy wrote: »weird, I ordered Thursday and it came monday... another poster ordered Friday and delivered Monday..
wonder how they are allocating stock then?

Give them a ring, I found them very helpful over the phone.
Just to say, mine isn't the re-chargable one
Its a proper lecky one. It also has a reconditioned sticker on it. Good suction on the hoover, it dragged those dustballs from under the sofa:o
. Going to get started with the mopping now. I also remember the words of my friends, but I would rather have enemies than friends like you

Ordered two on the 27th and just phoned. They are waiting for stock but not sure when it will arrive, hopefully in a few days. She said they will contact me by email.0

Ok, so the more I thought about this today, the more I realised that I could have the wrong one. After a look on the Bissell website they have sent me the Flip-It. Checked my bank and I have been charged for the Flip-It too.
I phoned Bissell who were aware of this and the money had all ready been put in a transfer back into my bank account. The Flip Ease is at a distribution centre ready to be sent out so could I send the Flip-It back...
Quick call to consumer rights and legally I have to send the product back but at no cost to myself. Damn!! Gutted cos the Flip-It is fantastic. Another call off Bissell to discuss the courier coming to collect it and I asked if I could keep it at a small charge because I knew I would be disappointed with the Flip Ease now.... so after a chat with the manager, I get to keep the Flit-It for a small sum. The transfer money has allready left their bank account so should show in my bank account very soon.
So bare in mind, if they send you the higher model, phone them and barter with them. Their customer service has been very good. :TI also remember the words of my friends, but I would rather have enemies than friends like you

nope, they had all ready recognised their mistake and they had transfered the overpayment into my bank account (yesterday) and the Flip and Ease was waiting to be dispatched..... the would have phoned me at some point to arrange a courier to come and collect the Flip-It.I also remember the words of my friends, but I would rather have enemies than friends like you
