Help please.
I am a mobile phone novice.
DS no 1 has played with my Nokia phone with TMobile PAYG card. Now when I switch it on it states
PIN BLOCKED
ENTER PUK CODE
I have never put a pin number on the phone and I do not know what a puk code is.
Recently moved home and the original phone box and book are somewhere in the pile of moving boxes.
How can I get my phone working again?
