Barclays is like a three legged dog herding sheep, they just wont give up trying to make profits.
Logic says they should be happy just staying upright but their not0 -

Just wondering what would happen if:
If I owned shares in Lloyds, what will happen to the price of my shares when the government does sell off their stake? Does the share typically typically increase in value?0 -
:shhh:A successful rights issue to the shareholders would be unprecedented
I guess its a bet the market or citigroup or europe, etc wont collapse in the mean time.
do you think the present shareholders have 4bn to invest, alot of the smallholders will think this is money down the drain and would rather buy a share that had doubled in price then dropped 90%
The more shares traded on the market, the more likely any buyer will find a lower price0 -
Oh and the "register" in reference to the £4billion shares...Have I missed it? and if I have, how do you go about getting on the register.0

Your a shareholder or you aint. Im not sure if others can buy in or not, its probably an open offer

Is anyone considering buying some of the new shares? Surely they'll increase in value once the government take their allocation, thus making it a sound investment?0
