    Theyre all free

  • You misunderstand me....do you have windows updates turned on? Has the PC been updated to Service Pack 3?
there was an issue right at the beginning of the XP launch where message windows could be pushed onto other user's desktops....usually invitations to join dating services...I'm trying to remember the solution as I type this...long...long time ago...Got it!
    Messenger service, removal instructions here

There is no substitute for doing the job right, download all updates as required and recommended.

(might be something else...let us know if they continue)

What do the 'popups' say/try to get you to do?

Makes me wonder if your 'new XP' isnt legit so your getting the microsoft warning about it being a pirate copy?
