Buymobilephones.net 8 Months FREE Line Rental
I purchased this phone deal http://www.buymobilephones.net/mobile-phones/Nokia/Nokia-6600-Slide-Free-Line-Rental-Discount/T-Mobile/T-Mobile-Combi-30-(12mths)/271590,346212930?adnetwork=af&adnetwork=af with the 8 Months FREE Line Rental Incentive.
I got an email from them, telling me how to claim my Line Rental / Cashback. It said on the email:
"You will receive one or more unique printed claim vouchers with the delivery of your phone. You must send these back to us at the appropriate times, with the appropriate network bills as detailed below:
12 Month Contracts
Line rental refunds and cashback will be paid in four equal amounts.
Make your claim by sending in:
- your first five airtime bills (where your first bill is the first correspondence from your network requesting ANY payment) and your first claim voucher within 60 days of the date on your 5th airtime bill;
- your 6th and 7th airtime bills and your second claim voucher within 60 days of the date on your 7th airtime bill;
- your 8th and 9th airtime bills and your third claim voucher within 60 days of the date on your 9th airtime bill;
- your 10th, 11th and 12th airtime bills and your fourth claim voucher within 60 days of the date on your 12th airtime bill."
I got the phone with the claim vouchers, it says on the 1st claim voucher "To be received by BuyMobilePhones.net within 60 days of the date on your 5th airtime bill.
I do not understand when I have to send these claim vouchers in, if someone could explain to me what I have to do I would appreciate it.

Thanks for your reply. Alright, so I don't do/pay anything for 5 months and then send the 1st claim voucher on the 5th month?0

Obviously not; they don't do much research, jump into cashback deals, THEN ask for help and information and (finally) complain about everyone but themselves when they lose their own money. Unfortuantely, it never changes much!0

Hello,
I sent back and have cancelled the contract since I didn't fully understand it. Robt sorry if I'm !!!!ing you off man, but I appreciate your help.
But, I'm still curious on how the deal works do you pay £30 for 4 months of the contract and send in the vouchers to cover the other 8 months?0 -
You pay your monthly bills as usual to TMob
You then send BMP your first 5 bills - they send you a cheque for £60
similarly you send 6th&7th bills and get another £60 back and so on
its based on BMP getting money from T mobile for getting you to sign up and many people failing to claim correctly
we have had literally tens of thousands of posts about this sort of contract - many of us use them and a few have got burned
But you are right if you don't understand it then stay clear - or look for an instant cashback deal which won't pay as much but will be less hassleTANSTAAFL !0
