It's going to be your word against theirs whatever SEL is displayed when you go back. So unless you get a really helpful & friendly person on the C/S desk (do they exist?) you'll lose out.

I always check my receipt before leaving. Earned me an extra 98 cc points last visit

update, i went back today (i needed to get some easter eggs!) and i took the receipt with me (for above) the SEL was still the same, it read £2.79 for finish dishwasher powder - was charged £3.50, so i went to customer service desk (which is also the fag counter) i explained politely what had happened, she went and checked, came back with SEL and said the offer ended in march, but she would refund me the difference and i get double the refund (total of £1.24) but as i paid with a switch card, they could only refund the card used..which i had on me....to be honest i felt a little uncomfy, the lady was trying to do something else at the same time and the whole thing took about 10 mins with a huge queue behind me waiting to buy their fags/lottery tickets!... i was beginning to wonder if they were being slow on purpose!! but still..it has happened too many times and i've never gone back before..i will always check my receipt as i leave the store from now on!..:o
    totally a tog!:D

Tesco Ocean Breeze 2 in 1 washing (clothes) tablets. Box of 48 / 24 washes I think (they are still in the car) SEL £2.99 and charged £3.60 which is the price for the rest of the boxes of Tesco's own washing up tablets.

DTD back of £1.22 per box.

    Hope this helps.

Now got them from the car and the bar code is 5 051277 699386

All Tesco's make-up is on a 3 for the price of 2 offer. Yesterday I was charged the full price, cheapest item was £5.62, so I got £11.24 back. Went in today, and bought another 3. Again, was charged full price. Cheapest item was £5.35 so got £10.70 back. Will it go on for 3 days..... (Tesco Abingdon)

Thanks for the mis price, but don't put the store name next time as they may be able to go back and spot you on the cameras or check your clubcard number.
