Well everyone seems lovely and sparkly and positive today on here:T :T not bad for a Monday.
Just on my lunch hour so catching up. Not much happening here - DD gave me a £10 WHS card that she doesn't want this morning
so next time I go to town might treat myself to a book or perhaps pick up a pressie with it.
OH is off work now for 12 days using up annual leave - have given him list of jobs that need doing - don't think he has done any yet though:rolleyes:  0 -

Hey all, pudding has past stage two.
Suppose I should explain, Lemma saying about hobnobs and pudding gave me an idea. I love caramel shortcake but the shortbread base is very hard to get right, so I thought, why not make it with a hobnob base (this is where I will come on later and tell you exactly why not a hobnob base). The base is made a cooled, just made the caramel and poured it on, it's now been left to set. The I will add the chocolate on top and away we go.Not an expert, but I try and contribute and I'll always listen. Middle child of middle child parents. I drink way too much coffee.
