Apparently Vitalite is REALLY bad for you. I'm sticking with olive oil.
But so are a lot of other foods, I love the taste of Vitalite and really can't see that putting it on a couple of slices of bread can be any worse for you than many other things people eat.
My Daughter much prefers this to the olive oil spreads which I am sure in time will have something negative written about it. Everything in moderation0 -

This article does NOT mention Vitalite. Vitalite contains NO hydrogenated oils. Here are the ingredients (a 5 second search found these)
Vegetable Oils (of which Sunflower Oil 22%), Water, Salt (1.5%), Emulsifier - E471, Preservative - Potassium Sorbate, Lactic Acid, B Vitamins (Niacin, B6, B2, Folic Acid & B12), Flavourings, Colours - Annatto, Curcumin
The article does not in fact mention ANY margarine by name but DOES mention various processes and ingredients NONE of which apply to Vitalite which is the product being discussed on this thread.0 -
