  • There must be something in the air as I have had a headache for a week that I can't shift, don't think its a migraine though.....Hugs to PLM hope you feel better soon, I hate having this headache as it just pulls me down and my energy levels are low, so I end up not doing stuff that I should to keep my mood up (like go to the gym, do stuff with the kids)...

Rusty a lp sounds awful poor you, I also think labour without pain relief sounds better, although you are then left with another pain to deal with!! only joking :-)

I have realised today I must say 'actually' a lot cos littlest dd keeps saying stuff lik 'actually its my teddy' sounds really grown up when she says it!!

my ebay parcel has arrived but am too busy trying (very hard but not getting anywhere fast) to tidy the house ready for my sis's arrival later...so best be getting on with it..

    Happy Friday all

    Long Story short

    Landlord owes British Gas Money

Landlord don't want to Pay and trying to pass it on to me:eek:

British gas say no it's Landlords bill (thank goodness)

Letting Agent not Happy as I have copies of all my bills (all paid in full) and proof of meter readings from when I moved in.

I feel like going round and shouting at someone, but the kids are off school this week so have to bite my tounge a bit longer.

On a better note DS1 is off to Grandmas tonight, OH has rented the New Steven Segal Film from Blockbusters and I'm going to have a chill and a few drinks (and I may hae something a bit stronger than COFFEE LOL:rotfl: )

Right gonna go make another coffee and sort the kids out, get tea ready for later and see if the lettingagent has emailed me back

Catch you all in a bit

    HUGS to EVERYONE

  • Afternoon ladies

I've finally caught up with all the posts on this new thread and now I have a very befuddled brain and can't remember who said what :o so I'll just reply to the last few pages

Rusty - your daughter looks soo cute. Hope you don't need a LP anytime soon.

Pinkladymel - Hope you feel better soon. I've been over and voted for you too, your work is fantastic.

I am so jealous of all of you getting to meet up and spend lots of money at the NEC

Phunkles - you're lucky getting to see the Hollyoaks stars, near me its the Coronation St ones who aren't as good to look at ;)

Furrypig - hope you get back safely and that dd is feeling much better.

Sarah - hope you get your problems sorted - treat yourself to a coffee with Amaretto in - my fav :D

Aurora: if I had to have a pancake, it would probably be just golden syrup. I like to make them but not as keen to eat them!
Are you a believer of angels?
  • OOOooooo, Reiki practitioner! Now thats interesting, I'll give you a yell if I need help with any aches & pains :) My mom has healing hands, but I'm pretty sure I never developed the talent.
Pancake with spinach & cheese, mmmmm, might have to give that a go. My fav topping is Lemon & sugar, or Maple syrup.

Treat yourself to some Java Sarah, there again, if your trying to remain calm with all thats going on & the kids at home, maybe not. Stick to your guns, feel smug inside & let your landlord take the flak!

Take it easy PLM, come back when your head feels better, & hopefully you'll be in time to show us some lovely pancake pics.

Mmmm, I remember Jambo (& just about the first episode), I've always had a soft spot for people who make me laugh. Burt I prefered Kurt. I COULDNT fancy Nick Pickard, reminded me too much of my older brother at the time, specially the silly floppy curtains.

    LP!! OUCH!!! you poor thing.

Have received a Tesco voucher for £2.50p through the post, but sure my account said I only had 50p on it, maybe that was my old card, anyways, I'm going to go see if I can use it towards the NEC ticket, keeping my fingers crossed I can!

Aurora: just wondered!!! I assumed that's who your 'little helpers' might be!

I had a friend, who practised reiki , and it actually picked up 2 health problems I turned out to have (nothing major) but didn't help my sore hip i went to see her about! sadly, she died just over a year ago but I know she got a lot from her reiki and reiki sharing.
