I have cleaned up the cat sick from under the kitchen table - nice.
I finished making some blue cheese and celery soup for lunch.
I hoovered yet again.
I suggested that the boys might like to get dressed some time today - but they are ignoring this as an unreasonable request.
I made them put ten things away each in the playroom just because I am mean.'If you have a garden and a library, you have everything you need' Marcus Tullius Cicero0 -

Found a box of bicarb under the sink and read on it can be used to deorderaise carpets. Just leaving it for an hour now before I hoover the room and stairs.
Overall that didn't take too long - about half an hour for a general clean. The kitchen looked really nice after it's clean yesterdayIt's a shame work gets in the way to do it when I go back to work next week.
I've written up the lists in a manual to help me next week on days when I get chance. I'm aiming for the same, a room a day as it's nice to free the weekends up and not spend a whole day cleaning or leave it and feel disgust at how dusty and dirty it looks!
Having cleaned the house a day for the last 2 weeks I'm hoping I can keep on top of it when I return to work after my accident

No 'flying' as such here today or yesterday. Too many children around, s'like shoveling snow in a blizzard!
Just back from docs with DD3.... she's got chilblains!!!!!   poor baby. The lovely lovely doc explained that she doesn't feel how cold her feet are!!! Blimey, my children run round barefoot all the time, it never occurred to me that could cause a problem.Feel like a bad mummy. Didn't know her feet were SO cold.
And, I've also got to deal with DD2 and her "embarrassment" over DD3.She says she's embarrassed by her being "loud" and "shouty" I thought I'd done a better job at helping her to feel ok about her sister's issues and difficulties. Clearly not.
Off to finish doing DD2's hair. See you later.
BTW: Toots I'm glad you're feeling better, and Piggers that's great news about the credit card. WTG!!
And special (((hugs))) for MOJT hope you're feeling as ok as you can.
ETA: Hiya LL So glad you're home and well(ish) What have they told you about it?MMSSB Club Founder Member
