    Hi all,

I feel like i've been gone for ages.

I hope all is well with everyone.

Things have been mad. I now have heating and hot water:j . I have the week off so am intending to blitz the house . So much stuff has ended up in different places after shifting things around to take up floorboards and stuff. My bedroom and the dining room are the worst. That and the fact i've not done more than S & S in the last 2 weeks means my house is pretty shocking.

Monday - Kitchen and Dining room
    Level One

    Clear and wipe work surfaces
    Empty and wash out bins
    Level Two
Clear out the fridge and make note of what needs using sharpish
    Sweep and mop floors
Clear and wipe table.. add a clean cloth if necessary!
    Level Three
    Clean the oven and hob
Wipe all the cupboard fronts, kickboards and large appliance
Wipe and replace all the small appliances
    Extras
    1. HHI
    2. Wash windows
    3. Clean any light fittings/shades
    4. Binbag dance!

Part of the Furniture 1,000 Posts Photogenic I've been Money Tipped!
Oh, I've just remembered what I wanted to ask.
When we got home from Mum's I went online to do some online banking - to move some money from my account into our joint account as the rent is due this week. Anyhoo, when I went to the joint account we are £49 over our overdraft limit. Which means a £30 fine. The rent went out early, either yesterday or the day before (it doesn't show up transactions that are that recent, only the amount of money in the ac). Are they supposed to do that? Our rent is due on the 18th, it goes by standing order, and they normally take it on the 16th. Are they allowed to come and take it early without any warning? I really want to go down to the lettings agency tomorrow and demand they pay the charges we are going to incur. Or is it a bank error?
HEEEEELLLLLPPPPP! I was so proud that this was going to be the first month we won't get any charges as I have taken over the banking (OH being useless at money and always going over our overdraft limit).
    GRRRRRRR AAAAAAARRRRRRGGGGGGGHHHHHHH GRRRRRRRRRR
I just sneezed so forcefully I feel like my throat has ruptured! Blows nose

My bank (the helpful one beginning with N;)) is currently showing deposits that won't be made until tomorrow (benefits) and it would normally show any bills that are due as well, but they take them into account with my balance. Could it be that your one has taken the rent into consideration in its balance? It confuses the hell out of me every weekend. I try to resist moving money around until a Monday morning as a result. ;)

Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!
