Casleigh, you have been doing so great today! Well done, that's so great!
And well done to all newbies and everyone else! :j :T :kisses3:  :grouphug: :hello:
Pigpen, that's so nice that you might have GF and Jacob move in with you. Make sure she fills in all the forms to go on the housing register as there will be times when you drive each other mad and knowing she is climbing up the list to get her own place will help to keep you both sane! It sounds like you are being so supportive to her, that's wonderful.
Does anyone want or know anyone who wants a brand new never used loo brush? We got two when we got married(how do you write a thank you card for that?) and one is still in it's gift bag. I found it again when I got the hoover out. We had a loo brush and a loo roll holder from an elderly couple we know, which was so kind, but I was a bit stuck as to what to put in the thank you card. I was tempted to say: "thanks so much for the useful gifts you gave us. They came in very useful when DH had his tummy bug when we got home from honeymoon" but I resisted!

Table cleared and wiped... I think that also counts as a binbag dance
as there were cake crumbs from last week's baking session, recipes that need filing (now in a neat pile), junk mail, receipts, post for filing etc there. Everything is now in the appropriate place for being dealt with.
Have also hoovered throughout downstairs, but will leave mopping the floor until tomorrow so it can dry while I am out.
Just catching up with a glass of wine (will deal with some work emails too). Will then eat and do the ironing ...
casleigh - re the oven. Have you tried scraping it off with a wooden spatula? Try to get the worst of it off, then just wipe it with a cloth every time you walk past the oven. Eventually it will be gone! Don't try to get it perfectly clean first time. It's probably worth you investing in some oven liners too... I think AnW's mum located some recently so can probably point you in the right direction.0 -

If not, she'll certainly be better off with you, although not sure how you will all cope...;) Hope you sort it out OK soon... :A
ETA: I agree, people shouldn't want it given to them on a plate - good on you!
