Ooooo my MIL ran out of some purple wool she needed to finish something for W, might have to ask her exactly what and then ask you :D

As a left hander no one could ever teach me to knit properly, cross stitch is more my thing.

I'm a leftie as well but as the only one in the family my mum taught me the righthanded way so thats how I knit now. Need to stitch some flowers on the hat I made DD2 last year or she won't wear it til next winter! LOL

Well I think Piggers and Toots are synchronising the new thread then they get 1,2 and 3 ...so they both need to be here...
I have to teach a left hander to knit - DD has expressed an interest...I think my mum knits RH though - she's ambidextrous really and can write with both hands...
I shoot left handed! This will be useful in a situation methinks as they will try to take out my right arm but I will thwart them! :rotfl:
Well I might not be first on the new thread but I can be last on this (until someone realises and adds another post!)

    - It's brilliant -doesn't seem like going to work at all - when no customers then I can just knit to my hearts content.
Only trouble is I want to knit all the new stuff NOW !!
I have always thought that a wool shop would be the dream job. Knitting all day in between selling people wool! How fab! Good for you! We need more wool shops
