Bt Router Can I Sell It?

hiya guys BT sent me two routers when i joined up with them about 8 months ago. Do u know if the routers are mine? if so would i be able to sell them? they are BT Voyager 205 ADSL routers. If i am able to sell them what would be a good price to start them at on ebay...

If they were given to you for free, as in "sign up today and we'll give you a free modem" then i would say you can sell them. But why did they give you 2, was this not a mistake on their part? I'm sure BT won't miss a modem
Maybe you'll get a fiver each? Do a search on ebay and see what they're selling for. 0 -
And if they do realise their mistake you will be paying for it, I would phone them up and see what they say.
You only got one free when you signed up and not two, you knew they had made a mistake!
It’s the property of BT and its theft because you signed one agreement so the other router isn’t yours and you know that.

well they other one got sent out when they said my router was faulty and there words were throw it in the bin...... but i got a friend to tinker with it for me and hes got it working so the one that they sent is now just sitting in its box all fully wrapped up and never been used.....Savings Total so far for 2023: £8,062.580 -

You may find that the MAC Addresses are locked so it may not work with another BT or another provider's ADSL account.

Possibly not a lot. A quick look through the completed ebay listings shows prices from £4 to £27, but an average of about £12-£15.
