  • My friend went to the Paul McKenna weight loss seminar and was very pleased with the results. I was reccomended by a friend to a company called Abintra Clinic who run weight loss workshops in 10 Harley street. I went last month it was run by a hypnotherapist called Ian Broadmore who was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a small workshop of about ten/fifteen people. It only cost me £149 against Paul McKennas £300+. When I compared notes with my friend it was aparent that the workshop I attended in 10 Harley street had almost the same information as Mckennas. I lost 14lb by following the advice given and saved over £150 in the process. I would highly reccomend you check out Mr Broadmores services. Sue Macca
  • I've got the ICMYT book and it works, I am no longer addicted to chocolate and I eat whatever I want and I've lost 7 lbs (I don't need to lose any more as I am no longer overweight). I've started to work through Change your life in 7 days and that has helped me too, I'm not going to do it in 7 days as there's too much to do in that time but I'm working at it slowly. They take work and perseverance as you can't change the habits of a lifetime in a day but its well worth it.
I know that scepitism is a self defence mechanism and is useful in some cases, but people who are sceptical of everything are limiting themselves and are never going to experience life to the full. If this book didn't work for me what would I have lost? £5 for a chance at happyness I think is a bargain. The other book I got from readitswapit.com so only cost me 55p postage.
I've tried dieting before and where did that get me, an eating disorder!! Say no to dieting and hello to intuitive eating.

I bought the book and cd last year. The problem is that I get so relaxed that I fall asleep after ten minutes of listening. After reading the book I really didn't think that it was for me. I enquired about the seminars and was pestered by phone and mail for ages afterwards.

I joined Sureslim last September and lost 40 pounds very easily and healthily. Thankfully I've found something that's worked for me.

It doesn't work for everyone but independent studies have shown that the ICMYT system works for 70% of people (ie you lose weight and it stays off) compared to 9% for diets. I've watched my mum go through several diets that have worked in the short term but ultimately the weight all comes back and more and these weren't extreme diets, she tried weight watchers and slimming world. I have read a lot of books quoting loads of facts why diets don't work in the long run, you are going against your natural instincts.
I don't know why people are in such a rush (actually I do understand because I was exactly the same) life's a journey and we learn new things everyday, you've got the rest of your lives ahead of you so why do we need to be thin asap? ICMYT can be slow but then I think that means the weight is more likely to stay off.
