Id just like to add that I personally dont yet trust 'chromes' security.
Id recommend using FIREFOX with the NOSCRIPT plugin myself

Thanks guys fur replies(and your help).
The pc is going fine now...
I beleive the main reason was the "Video Accelerator" software,and any other one I downloaded from download.com

Yes I'm using it now and like it.

this is the shortest HJT log I've ever seen

I do delete(fix) entries which i'm not happy with.Especially on the servises zone with software i installed.
And my start-up is only including my antivirus.
