You have both WINDOWS ONE CARE and KASPERSKY running?

Assuming you pay for kaspersky, uninstall onecare (Its cr*p)

If you DONT pay for kaspersky then uninstall them both and install AVIRA anti virus in their place

Download SPYBOT (Top right ~ make sure TEA TIMER is UNTICKED on installation)
    http://www.filehippo.com/download_spybot_search_destroy/
UPDATE and IMMUNISE (Make sure it reads ZERO unprotected) and SCAN

Download MALWAREBYTES (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD NOW')
    http://www.download.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html
    UPDATE and FULL SCAN
Post the log here AFTER youve deleted everything it finds

    Download SUPERANTISPYWARE (Top right)
    http://www.filehippo.com/download_superantispyware/
    UPDATE and SCAN

Reboot and run a fresh scan (And tell me how ie is running now)

First of all thank you for the reply.
WINDOWS ONE CARE and KASPERSKY running
    Ur right.
Installed One Care today as was fed-up with the slow speed.
    Will get rid of it.
Kapersky is free(paid by barclays),but asked some time ago and was told to keep it as is better than any free versions..:confused::confused:
Without any changes google Chrome have NO problems.
Definitely will download SuperAntispaware(use to have it).
    Thank you.

I deleted this file as well:
    O23 - Service: FLEXnet Licensing Service - Macrovision Europe Ltd. - C:\Program Files\Common Files\Macrovision Shared\FLEXnet Publisher\FNPLicensingService.exe

    Not sure what does.
Superantispaware found 7 infections between them was something called browser hijacker.
    Pleased with my PC now.
    Thank you again.
P.S. Will admit I'm still using Kapersky.

do you use Video Accelerator ?? This:-

O10 - Unknown file in Winsock LSP: c:\progra~1\speedb~1\sblsp.dll

would appear to have caused other people problems and is related to VA...one to keep an eye on methinks...
    ......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......

I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple :D

Kasperskys a very good anti virus program. I only mentioned it because a lot of computers come with a trial of it and people leave it on even after the trials run out.
