Complaint letter to Virgin Atlantic

It is Virgins first class product, and comparable to "first" on MOST carriers. How would it be inferier to any other airlines, just different words . It is certainly first class money
While it is certainly expensive, a First class seat on say Emirates to DXB would cost around £2000 more that Virgin's business class seat.0 -

It is actually their business class brand, no doubt if they had a First class cabin they would think of an equally pretentious name for it. They serve cheap Champagne and only have a choice of 2 whiskies in Upper, hardly First class service I'm sure you'll agree.0 -

Whooooooooooo cares?I was just pointing out that I paid around 6K for the tickets and only got 10,000 reward miles as compensation for a pretty rubbish service. the thread's not about which class is which is it? or have I missed something. :money: I was just sharing my experience of complaining to Virgin with the OP.

But their lounge at LHR and for that matter LGW is far and away a better product than ANY other airlines "first class" lounge. The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.0 -
I have no experience of Virgin atlantic but i have had two bad tales related to me. On my Atlantic crossings i have used Delta and American, both very good and of the two,Delta had the upper edge.0

I just wish they'd stock up on cue chalk - never seem to have any when I'm there.0
