Have just seen on .com that you can get 200 points if you spend £5 on selected haircare - is this online only or can it be used instore with hair voucher and acm 150 points voucher?

Angel69 thats so rude and TOTALLY uncalled for. There is absolutely no need to be that rude to paying customers.. especially for using vouchers and offers that Boots made themselves! Please make sure you call the store or CS, as what the SA did is unacceptable and i am so sure the Store manager would have something pretty serious to say if he/she knew she was speaking to customers like that. Hope you are feeling a bit better now you are back at home x

sorry to hear about your horrible experience Angel69.
Was it at the fosse park. I have noticed the no7 sa are very unhelpful and some even rude. But the sa's at the chemist and the photo counter are fab and will try any vouchers. Hope u feel better soon and carry on bootsing.

No it wasnt Fosse Park but there is a young male Manger at Fosse Park and I find him so condescending!!!

Im not doing too well here with boot staff am I!!:o

But its not your fault if you thought the spend for the GWP was £12 is it? :rolleyes: Thats how I would explain it to CS (they can't see you blushing over the phone, lol, or your nose growing like pinocchio )

Edit: She really shouldn't be allowed to get away with such rudeness. I'm sure you were not rude to her, and at the end of the day you pay her wages

yes ive found nearly all my local sa are unfriendly and they seem to begrudge you getting discounts using vouchers etc, but boots give them out in the first place so why shouldnt we try and get the best use out of them? :mad:
slightly off topic someone else on the forum has exactly the same user name as me except for they have capitals at the beginning, i didnt know you were allowed to have the same, i thought id made a post on something but it wasnt me, very confusing dont u think?;)

I did 2 shops this morning in my local boots for £5+ but they didnt have any purplies. Do you think I can go back this afternoon with my reciepts and get some??
