Was so excited this morning cos I found 250 point voucher hiding in my Liplicious Set from Christmas so was going to get more P&P. Will have to get hand cream instead. Does any one know if Time Delay Serum as good as P&P Beauty Serum, I know ingredients are the same, just wondered if anyone uses it? TIA

Hi all, just playing in my.com basket with nappies and wipes and have a quick question - does boots brand nappies give parenting club points?? Im sure ive had double points instore before but online its not giving me them, but it still is with pampers

Just had to post to say how kind that was of you curly. I love it when people help each other. She put a smile on your face and you put a mile on hers and the cost, nothing just human kindness. You were both rewarded for being kind.

I have always been given double points on boots nappies and have checked online and it still is for me - double points for parenting club and triple points for offer.

Why are some SA's such dragons?

Ive just had the worst experience in Boots.

I saw the P&P serum at 1/2 price so picked it up along with male GWP and female GWP. Forgot to put other another serum in my basket in my fluster of seeing it half price!!
Anyway SA puts it thourgh and says you can only have one GWP (flet liek aplum as I had both GWP and only 1 serum) Anyway apologised and asked for the female GWP. It came to £12.xx. I took SA to show her 1/2 price she said no prob will ask someone to override.

Along comes drangon SA...advised that other SA already seen sign but she say well I havent seen it have I!

Anyway before even ringing, she begins to tell me I cant have GWP because I havent spent enough...tried to be as polite as poss and advised her the that No7 girl has tried variations and the GWP has gone thorugh....and asked her to try it.

By now she is gritting her teeth and talking to me...starts to put the vouchers through without trying GWP, so I reminded her to do that...which she didnt like at all...anyway I think she already totaled it with the purple voucher so the GWP wouldnt go through. So now she was gloating.

I took my vouchers back and she abruptly started to serve another customer, as I walked past I said "It wouldnt help if where a bit more freindlier"...as I turned the corner I could hear her telling the other customer what had happened...anyway this really pis*sed me off so off I went back to her counter and said "furthermore its not very professional to talk about your customers to other customers"..she was bright red by this point. She tried to defend herself but because she was just so rude to start with I asked to speak to a Manger, I didnt have time to wait so told her to give me her name. She then said I dont want to talk to you anymore!

How rude??? Im mean you think that it was coming out of their pockets...Im seething right now.

My local is full of dragon SA's, they hate me using coupons and hate me getting things for free....

The saddest thing is I usually give away all my stuff to raffles and friends less fortunate and I so wanted a GWP.

Im just so upset about being spoken to like a naughty child....

Just to let people know that the Gerrard Gift Sets are back up to full price today even if the label still has them at 1/2 price. I went to 2 stores and both times it came up as full price but one had a clearance sticker on it and the SA just voided it and put through the reduced price and in the second store the SA checked the price and as it was still advertised at 1/2 price he would sell it to me for that. So, I managed to use the last two 500 points. I presume that the 1/2 price stickers will be gone tomorrow.

Does anybody know how much you have to spend to get the new No7 Voucher? Is it £5 as usual?? tia x

Angel69 thats so rude and TOTALLY uncalled for. There is absolutely no need to be that rude to paying customers.. especially for using vouchers and offers that Boots made themselves! Please make sure you call the store or CS, as what the SA did is unacceptable and i am so sure the Store manager would have something pretty serious to say if he/she knew she was speaking to customers like that. Hope you are feeling a bit better now you are back at home x
