Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
I bought P&P serum today at the Taunton branch of Boots. It was in the glass bottle (which I prefer) and scanned at £18.50.

Yep, went through with no beeps. Didn't use the SS tills as I broke two last week, just used the normal ones and no problems at all. The SA is a bit scary usually but just put them through without batting an eyelid, and I did this twice.

I would have kept going but had heart palpitations (I'm sure completely unrelated) so went for a sit down

Mr B sent me a sample of Olay regenerist wrinkle decrease on friday (what's he trying to say). Was strange as I have rung CS before to check mailing preferences as I never seem to get anything from them, it's like they know i'm on here!
Anyway, i have a 500 points coupon and realised I can used the £5 wrinkly before Tuesday, with this http://www.boots.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10052&productId=21933&langId=-1&catalogId=11051 they pay me to take it away!
The problem is I don't have a day off work before then and have to send my shy O/H to small Droitwich store for me. He's concerned about using both vouchers together as doesn't want to look silly! Can anyone confirm if they have done this themselves and if all stores stock regenerist range? TIA!

Hi Gemma, did you buy the old or new nail buffer set?

I am sure I read the points voucher has been beeping

    Found it....

I had a voucher through the post from Boots today for 500 points wyb any Olay Regenerist!

But...... it wouldn't work on anything I tried - even without combining it with a wrinklie. Just wondered if anyone else had used one successfully?

The (lovely) Store Manager said she would add the points on manually for me, but I could only use it without the wrinklie.

(I didn't bother at the time as I had already held the queue up with my Model Me @ 61p x4 transactions using a hairy and paying 44p!:o )

    TIA
This is a do-it-yourself test for paranoia: you know you've got it when you can't think of anything that's your fault.

Hi, I tried it today but stupid coupon beeps (tbh I think it would beep any any Regenerist product), SA wouldn't let me use both so I paid £6.99 and got 24 points and the 500 manually added. HTHs

Sorry lozza77 but I posted a similar message to yours last night and this was a reply I got. I was going to give it a try on the SS tills in Milton Keynes today but what with my 2 DD's arguing,my first experience of SS tills at Boots and 2 SA's watching I chickened out... Anyone else had any success with the wrinklies and 50 points coupon please let us know
    HTH....
  • This may have been covered before, but I've been computerless since Tuesday, so I haven't read back yet.

Today in the Broughty Ferry store, there were at least 4 different varieties of Aquafresh toothpaste half price, and also a couple of varieties of toothbrushes down to less than 90p. Aquafresh is also on 342 at the mo, so if you're looking for a bargain basic toiletry to add to your spend to make £5 and a perkie/wrinklie, might be worth heading down the toothpaste aisle.

    ie 100ml Aquafresh mildmint is only 49p, and 342 :D .

suepernan, you have a knack of being in the right Boots at the right time :T !

I visited 3 Boots on my travels this week, Arbroath has loads of the old packaging No7 suncare, all at £1 each. Dundee has 2 clearance make-up and odds and ends stands on the 3rd floor, nothing much caught my eye though. And their old packaging No7 stand is still vastly overpriced. Broughty is a small shop, but had 2 clearance stands, on the same wall as the main till. I got a big tube of S&G heel cream for £2.45, and as I said, half price toothpaste and 342. Broughty also had a few fcuk sprays (like the Natural Collection bottles) at less than £2 each.

Oh, and got my Clarins samples from the lovely lass in Dundee - like others have said here, only takes 5 minutes out of your time, and the samples are a little work of art in themselves - each one individually boxed, and then presented in a little gift bag. Very cute :D .

Hi Balletshoes, you have had fairly extensive (and worthwhile) :j week of Bootsing trips. Did you happen to notice any of the GWPs or putting sets in either the Arbroath Boots or the BF one? I may be down that way next week so might pop in for a nosey.

    Thanks in Advance
