Thanx for for post and vaild point, yeh it seems i am gonna have sum problem quantifying distress in terms of monetary compensation, and seen as compensation is to put you in the position you were before etc from my understanding this only become's criminal if they have ignored notice from the commission who govern this area so....i'll just have to see what happens, by the way didnt think your post was judgemental "its not what u say its the way u say it" all taken on board0
