Oh and FYP - you can have number 002! I'll save it for you!

I may as well have 003 Sky, looks like I'm in for the duration too:rolleyes:

  • Hell, I didn't think that the OR would tell O2. I have just renewed my contract with them so they will be pleased to know that I have just got a £250 quid phone on an 18 month contract and now looking at BR.
    Money Talks ...
but all mine ever says is Goodbye!

In practice most ORs don't notify them. This seems to be a particularly strict one. My OR didn't notify anyone of my BR except the creditors listed on my petition.

  • Well to be honest, im glad she did, because i have a better deal now, saved us at least £30 a month, and i havent got to wait for 6 months til contract up and i get 2 nokia n95's!! I do feel she was stricter than most though, as some people said they have been allowed holiday funds! on that basis i paid £240 for flights to spain, 2 days before my interview hope she doesnt see those on my bank statements!!

  • Oh dear, OR interviews sound like you get quite a grilling. Well done for getting through it though!

One thing you said has worried me now though. When I spoke to CCCS, they said that the OR would let me have a mobile phone as that is my only means of communication (I do not have a landline) and that it would be ok that I spend £30-£35pm. I am with O2 as well, so is it likely that they will not let me have my contract anymore? (I've only been with them since Jul/Aug 08)

On your SOA just list it as phone and put down £35. They probably won't ask.

(I've only been with them since Jul/Aug 08) IF your not in debt with o2 then they'll let you keep the contract no probs...many members here have kept mobile contracts with O2 & other various providers & had no trouble.....the only probs are when your contract comes to an end IF you decided to go somewhere else instead of o2 you would probably fail a credit check

Seriously..............is it the norm that an OR will not let you pay child maintenance unless its CSA or through the court?

That will well and truely screw my SOA up!!!!!!!
