Onetel Accounts Errors

I Notice that onetel have started charging my deactivated account again, to an old address. As I moved, after divorce, I havent recieved any reminders, and this only came to my attention when checkibng my credit file. I recall a national newspaper article referring to this problem months ago, but cant remember where. I would like to check my facts before I contact onetel, and ask them to repair the damage they have done to my credit file. Any one got any ideas/knowledge of the article, or problems onetel had with old acounts being reactivated.?

it took over 18months for them to sort it!!!!
