I've been with them since June 2003 and I don't think I could have been any happier with them. They are by far, the best ISP I have ever delt with.
My connection is super fast, reliable as hell, no download limits and their customer service is great!

I think they give 1gig of webspace to customers now (you'd have to check that as I'm not sure - I don't use the space).

    Go for it.

If you want to rate them against other ISP try the ISP comparison tool on https://www.adslguide.org.uk

    They're brilliant.

We've been with them for years now (can't even remember exactly) and also deploy them everywhere for our customers.

It's not the cheapest, but for the (advance) service you get it's worth it.

I have used Zen for nearly three years now and will not switch. There customer service is excellent!

Im not sure how technical you want to get but Zen do not have any limits on use and do not block any ports (apart from spam messenger on port 25) so this is perfect if you wish to to host a ftp or your own mail server.

I currently use there basic 512kbs service and touch wood have had only one outage in the three years. The problem ended up being with BT and not zen but they dealt with it swiftly and even telephoned me after hours to make sure it was all working and I was happy. you cant say more than that.

The only gripe I would have is that there tech support is only open until 5pm each evenin or was the last time I checked....

a good site to look at is adslguide.org.uk. some of the staff of Zen post there and there is a large community forum if you have questions about Zen.

Crown, they don't block port 25. That's used for SMTP (e.g. your own mail server).

I've just been activated for the Home2000 (2mbps) "trial" today and it's quick!
  • I must agree with the views above.

We have been with Zen for three years and haven't had one problem (touch wood)

    Customer services are very good
