If it says long life or UHT that's the one to use. Just heat enough to warm through. Are you doing the MSE way ie use milk and couple of tablespoons easiyo mix stirred in? If so then I'd heat your milk in micro jug, pour most of it into the easiyo jar then 'smooth in' your tablespoons to the remaining bit of milk. Pour this in with the rest and screw lid securely, gently invert a couple of times before putting it in the water bath. I've found that sometimes it takes more than the prescribed time to thicken up, not sure why but I take a look and if it'd not ready I leave it for another several hours, it always does eventually. Occasionally I've left it for a day and a night.0
