  • I actually read previous posts of posters so I knew where you are based, since you have mentioned it on more than a few occasions. It is more of a metaphor, if you can not offer constructive advice on the benefits board instead of being judgemental then you should not be posting here.

What is judgemental about asking someone why they haven't got a job?

As for it being a metaphor - I would be very careful using such language towards someone of a different race.

The books are sitting just there on the floor.

Why is it any of your business whether she works or not? The OP wasn't asking for your judgement, they were asking for help with regards to JSA. If you are not capable of providing a helpful answer then why don't you and your multiple AE's go and troll elsewhere?

Yet another ridiculous accusation of having 'alter egos'. If you want me to speak Polish, I will. It's not difficult for me, being a native speaker. But I have no need for multiple usernames - frankly, the fact that so many people use them on here is ridiculous.

As for it not being a helpful answer - it may very well be that she's on some sort of disability-related benefit, or perhaps cares for a child. Hence the question - why don't you work?

You have to be one of THE most racist people I have ever come across on this board. In practically every post of yours the words "in the UK" are used in one derogatory form or another. Why would you think that would not be offensive to someone from the UK?

You are merely attempting to discover if the poster is receiving some form of disability-related benefit so that you can take her to task about that as well (if the poster does not wish to divulge that information, then that is her prerogative) - I have seen your posts on the disability thread relating to mobility vehicles - it is extremely offensive!

I suspect that the only thing you are truly fluent in is spouting the bile and vitriol which are both so prevalent in all of your postings (by the way - are you sure you are not d.edna?).

Why not take this opportunity to calm down and be a little less aggressive and a little more friendly - I am sure we would all appreciate your posts so much more if you would manage that.

Back to the original posting! As the NI contributions are for previous years, I would be inclined to suggest that you apply anyway if you have no alternative. They will soon tell you if you are eligible! You have nothing to lose. Good luck.
