brand new laptop with damage!!

hi, hope this is the right place. just unpacked brand new laptop from comet, only to find a deep scratch on the lid:mad: will be getting in touch with them tomorrow but i think there is very little if any stock left, had to do 90 mile round trip to pick this one up today. what can i expect them to say when i call? will…
