  • i have today been given the br form by the advice shop. I dont know if its lila or full br.
i am on benefits now - but till august had a well paid job.
i have bipolar - so will they want to investigate my "extravagant" spending whilst unwell?
i have lots of parking fines and a tax credit overpayment - can these be included?
it seems that i pay nothing towards the debts whilst on benefits, what happens if i find emplyment?
its hard to find information on process in scotland.

first of all dont panick its not as bad as you think you wont have to pay an ipa while on benifits but if you get a job within the year of going br then you will have to inform your trustee about job . i dont know about parking fines i dont think you can claim them but not sure tax credit overpayment you can include that. they will ask you when you reilised you were in trouble , thats all
