T-Mob UK may enter broadband market

Tiscali UK may be bought up by T-Mobile, given in Germany & USA they provide ADSL/LLU broadband services & launched under T-Mob's new upcoming " FAMILY " focused marketing of T products.
Have it on good authority from a T-Mob area manager...who is good friends with a bigwig.
Orange seemed to be the runners due to Tiscali Digital TV given Orange's trial over C&W Wholesale flopped.
Sky want to deliver Sky over BB & by buying Tiscali as a whole they gain the Digital IP box TV technology......& more control over Virgin & any other who wants to resell Sky - this might be blocked for that very reason.
Virgin are extending their ADSL services & Digital TV would be like Sky & want to grab the Digital TV box technology, I assume they would be blocked due to being both market leader in Cable & ADSL making a monopoly ( Tiscali Wholesale has just under 800 LLU exchanges ) aswell as Digital TV.
I still think Orange as the best buyer as it really will be the UK's first Quadriple package ( Virgin mobile is afterall a MNVO ) & it fits France Telecom's nature of Orange divisions throughout, TV, BB, Mobile, Landline - buying Tiscali gives Orange Tiscali Wholesale to drop the expense of C&W Wholesale & control thier BB network from the inside.
Or are T-Mob going to slip in there & steal Orange's thunder of products it has been building for the last few years ?
Who knows how this sale will pan out now.......we all should know in 6 weeks ! Completion of sale & announcement are to be by the end of March

SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe
