Looking forward to this recipe when it arrives...........in the mean time (not really OT) someone once gave me chorizo and green lentil casserole - has anyone got a recipe for this???Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0

Well I just used bacon offcuts, red lentils, chopped carrot, onions and potato + a tin of tomatos and some stock... left it in the sc all day and it was good. Very different to our normal sc fayre of beef or lamb. Thanks to all the replies.0

My local Kwik Save had ham shanks the other day. Made a stonking ham & pea soup. Really delicious and cheap0
