Many of you will have heard about all the problems with e7even and the dreadful situation its customers are in, HOWEVER this post is NOT about them.
In desperation last night I decided to sign up for MIP (a prepaid internet dialup pass) as recommended on this forum:

I paid and received the reciept via email together with the user name and password. This morning I followed the instructions.very easy........ made sure I copied and pasted the user name and password, but I am unable to connect!!!!!!:mad: it says invalid username and password........ seeing as it was THEM that sent it to me, and all I did was copy and paste, what the heck is wrong?
I have emailed them twice, but as yet have not had a reply grrrrrrrrrrrrh
Lord, am I fed up with these companies at the moment.

Just make sure you are not copying any spaces at the end of the username or password - just an idea0

It does seem to me as an internet user that some sites don't like cutting and pasting even if you don't get any extra spaces in, as Garetha has suggested - worth a try typing the stuff out in longhand?Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0
