Block the buyer so they can't do it again, if they ask explain why. They'll think twice about doing it to anyone else.
It could just be that they were taught the same way I was -
1 = Very bad
2 = Could do better
3 = OK
4 = Good
5 = Excellent which you don't give anyone or they have nothing to aim for.
On that basis a 2 probably means they didn't read your write-up properly and figured it was your fault (well it wouldn't be their's would it?)
Unfortunately ebay didn't go to the same school as me, and neither did a lot of their customers and remember if a buyer makes a mistake, it's always the sellers fault.0
