    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    It can be but pick and choose the ones that you enter.
    there is lots of good advice on this site's threads from the seasoned compers as to which sites will bombard you with spam.
    It may be worth having a separate email account because even if you tick no to further contact you may find your spam increases.
