    Why am I so tired? I feel like my arms and legs are too heavy and it's an effort to move them. Weird! :rolleyes:

    With Natasha being ill I haven't made it to the gym this week and have put 1lb back on....gahhh....need to make sure I go 2 or 3 times next week to make up for it.

    I had the funniest valentines card ever today from a lovely friend (a friendship gesture, not a romantic one lol). The card was so appropriate it made me laugh out loud. It really brightened my day.

    Another friend said something really lovely to me today too, it actually made me well up. I didn't expect something so nice from such an unlikely source.

    Who needs romance lol - I'm sticking to mates!
