if you ordered online, go to http://www.e2save.com/faq.php, select "1) Cashback" then "2)Which monthly bills do I need to send in to claim my Chequeback, How much will I receive?" and follow the instructions.
Looking at it they have sent the right amount.
Without cashback the cost is 3 x £20 + 9 x £40 = £420.
With cashback the cost is 8 x £4.49 + 4 x £40 = £195.92
The difference / 2 installments is £112.04 for each cheque0
