Keep the excess to a sensible amount, be aware of the implications if you take a security discount eg enter in that you have an alarm or window locks etc.0

I just got a policy for 2 house I rent out from a company called discount landlord (www discountlandlord co uk) It was all done on line, i got a quote without having to put in a load of information and then this guy called me and offered it to me for cheaper, he was great!0
