O2 mobile broadband with Carphone Warehouse

I bought my 21 year old daughter a 24 month contract (with laptop) and 3gb usage per month (with O2) for her birthday present.
All was well until we contacted O2 recently and instead of the usual £30 bill it was £180! Upon speaking with O2 it was apparent that there were crossed wires re usage when I purchased the contract. Frustrated, I went into the CPW branch today and told them of the problem. The branch manager telephoned O2 while I was there and asked what other usage deals they had available and could I swap over now. GET THIS - O2 have a 10gb deal for the same monthly fee of £30. They gladly swapped me over to that deal at no extra charge. I will have to wait for 3 weeks before the usage has increased (ie - the next bill) but that is a small price to pay for such a huge leap in usage.
I have got to say I was completely flabber-gasted and totally relieved. I had expected a confrontation with the CPW, but O2 have rescued the situation.
If, like me, you purchased the same deal via the CPW, I recommend that you ring O2 and enquire as you may get an increase in usuage at no extra costs.
I hope you have the same success that I have.
Best wishes
