    anyone please?
  • Hmmmm

You haven't given much info (like operating system or software you're trying to use) so it's hard to say really.

Maybe try unplugging the webcam, un-installing the webcam driver via the device manager and any software that came with the webcam.

    Then...

Reboot, plug the webcam back in, reinstall the driver and webcam software.

    Good luck!

OK. What software are you trying to use your webcam with? Something like Skype, MSN or something else?

I've had a look on the Toshiba website and the most recent driver for the webcam is from 30th January 2009. Info about the driver is here or click here to download it directly.

You may want to create a restore point before doing anything else.
(Start Menu > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore)

Now uninstall the current driver/software - I think if you go to Add or Remove Programs from the Windows control panel you'll probably find "Camera Assistant Software for Toshiba" - uninstall that, reboot and then run Setup.exe from the driver file.

Let us know how you get on.
