def agree with the bicarb. It's the only thing I have tried that completely gets rid of lunchbos smell, and the onion smell on the chopping board. In lunchboxes I sprinkle a load in dry, leave over night then wash.
Also I noticed they sold these food thermos things on amazon- Ill find the link!
