Sorry dacouch but I can't see churchills charges on the thread, I'll look again later to see if I missed it.
The guy I spoke to today said they were going to set a new DD up with my bank to recover what I owe. Surely its me that has to allow the DD to be set up not Churchill and my bank.
Anyway, up for work at 5am so must go now. Thank you very much for your help.
