If you follow the instructions in my previous e-mail, you should be taken to the "Email Buyer" page.
Near the top, under the "Send" button is a drop down menu (where you can select which e-mail you want to send). To the right of this is a link called "Manage Email Templates". Click on this.
You should now be taken to the "Manage Email Templates" page. You can edit each e-mail from this page, restore each e-mail to it's default, and create new e-mail templates.0 -

Cheers for that! They all looks pretty handy. I like the dispatch and payment received ones best. I doubt i will use the others very often.0 -

That's what I mainly use too.
Apart from the standard e-mails, I have a specific dispatch e-mail for items dispatched to the US (just to explain that items usually take between 4-14 days to arrive), and one to send people when I have received their cheque (just letting them know the cheque has arrived, and explaining that I will send the item out as soon as the cheque clears, and how this usually only takes a couple days but may occasionally take a little longer). 0
