Google checkout has a £4.00 chargeback fee. You wont get a merchant account from a bank thats cheaper than paypal. Nochex is a good choice for credit card payments but has the same fees as paypal.0

I'm with the earlier responses, tenants would be used to paying rent by standing order or cheque, it is rare to have a landlord allowing other forms of payment.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
