Ok, well if the money was sent somewhere, the money had to come from somewhere... you mentioned a CC?My TV is broken!

I didnt have a credit card registered...........just the debit card (well its actually a visa electron), which is linked to the same primary funding source.......my bank account!0

Paypal havn't paid my seller...........'cos i didn't have the funds available, when they tried to take them.........
I ended up posting my seller.... by Special Delivery, A Postal Order.........for a speedy resolution to the situation.........As i had already received the phone....... before Paypal tried to get my money.
Paypal try to take the funds from my account and card, but the money was no longer available......so my Paypal account Registered it as -£30. The Reality is, it was just a failed transaction, between them and my bank.
Sending my Seller the Postal Order and by Special Deliver......made my original purchase of a £30 phone cost almost £40!!0
