    hi james,

i haven't posted on your thread before but just wanted to comment re the tyres.

In the last 2 weeks I've had a nail in 1 tyre and a screw in the other. in both cases they were able to just remove them and plug them with some stuff(i'm sure there's a technical term but i don't know what it is). my dad whos in the car trade was happy with this so i'm sure it's safe. cost was only €7(about £5) per tyre. if you haven't already got a new tyre maybe u could ask them about this.

    Oh what carp luck James.

So you need a strategy to avoid interest charges. It's a bit late to find another 0% before the end of the month. You could pay your overpayment money and some of the MB dosh to the cc. And you have an interest free o/d facility I think, or has that come to an end? Otherwise as ss said there's the A&L free o/d account. Any other ideas?

    James

Another thought. I've successfully talked up my credit limit before with both M&S and LTSB. You can argue a good history of payment and more importantly a salary increase. It's worth a phone call.

well nothing from Barclaycard at the moment  im hoping i hear quite soon from them at the moment crossing me fingers that i will get it cos ive got a normal barclays account anyway, but i dont know if that will help me at all in being accepted :)

Me monthly payment has come off from me Egg Loan hence my new and improved debt figure :D im really impressed with the overpayments cos now £290 is coming off my loan every month now out of the £303 so im now only paying £13 interest every month :j :j :j
