Problems accessing Orange online
Is anyone else having problems accessing their Orange account online?
My bill was due to be available from the 5th Feb, but when I try and access it, Orange says that there is a problem and they are trying to fix it.
It's been like this for 2 days now, and I want to see how much my bill is going to be so that I can budget for the rest of the month!!!

See thread immediately below (though the subject "Is Orange Scamming Us?" may be a little misleading).

I had no end of problems getting onto my online account it constantly stated they were incountering tech problems and were aware of them, then i could not log in because i now needed my 4 digit pin number this was news to me it used to be a password and your phone number, customer services had no idea they put me through to another technical support dept they to had no answers so i was given another number to call and guess what a premium rate number. No i did not call and with only 2 weeks to run on my contract at that time Orange have lost my custom.Cashback earned since joining MSE:-Greasy Palms £372.83,Topcashback £57.15, R-Points 735 points, Cashback kings £131.28,My Shopping Rewards£37.30, Reward Circle 540 Points, Quidco £163.31:TPlay To Win!0
