    Pash x

It took 9 days for mine to come, I reported it on the Saturday Morning and it arrived in the post the following Monday morning. The very nice man told me also that if you report it missing straight away and someone has spent your points they will honour them. I did find mine again (about 2 hours later!!) so I will have to check and see if the points have been removed!!

    Hi

I keep checking for the EI voucher in both of my local boots stores (they both stock the product) and I still have not received the voucher - or the lynx - or the number 7 one! I just get 100 points for Mark hill, Half Price Eye Test, enter a competition and 200 points if buy holiday insurance. I don't understand why I am not getting any vouchers - however I will keep checking. Does anyone know when the BOGOF on the EI finishes?

    thanks

    Netty

To all of you waiting for an EI voucher from a/c machine check that the store has EI first.

As you only get 1 EI voucher and it's only valid for one day.

I printed mine to find the store didn't have EI so it was wasted.

    Good luck.

This follows on from earlier discussion on the Trevor Sorbie Male Grooming (mg) range, in particular earlier posts by jeffjeff.

It's been said that Boots appear to be selling off products with the "old" packaging for 1/4 normal price. But the "new" packaging is virtually identical!

This may help - it's from TrevorSorbie.com and shows the full "TS mg" range:-

    http://www.trevorsorbie.com/public/products/consumer.php?rangeid=12

These are obviously the new packaging and are distinctive in two ways - they all have a horizontal sky-blue stripe with "HAIR", pale-orange stripe with "FACE" or light-green stripe with "BODY" across them. Secondly they don't have the Trevor Sorbie mg logo in a large circle as I think the "old" packaging did.

This should be helpful for anyone trying to locate the "old" packaging to use in the "Spend £10, get an automatic £4 reduction" promotion.

As a precaution, still get it price-checked as reductions may not be on a national level. :)

Be careful when buying the reduced Trevor Sorbie products. yesterday I picked up a minature moisturing cream said 22p on shelf.

Looking at my receipt last night it said £1.75 so that's going back.

Wish Boots did what Tesco does if you are overcharged. ie refund and keep the item free. With the price confusion at Boots we'd be rolling in money and points!

Learning very quickly about Boots loopholes thanks to this thread but have a question:

How do you know that all your vouchers have scanned ok? I shopped today and my points are split into points, offer points and coupon points so how do you know which is which???

Don't know if anyone else has taken the EI stuff back, but I just exchanged 2 body lotions (£1.99 each) for 2 handwashes (£1.66 each) I was refunded the £1.99 twice (£3.98) but the handwashes went thru at bogof so I made £1.99

also bought 2 soltan kids packs at £2.49 Bogof
    Lindt choccies £.99

total to pay was £1.16 plus 20 points

    SA was surprised as well

    Happy shop
The trick when returning items bought on BOGOF is to just return one item. Then the till is unable to apply a discount to a second item. This works a treat if you're returning something without a receipt, but may be queried by the SA if you do have a receipt.

Obviously this may not be much help if you've 108 bottles of EI to return!! :D

Well done, that's right, but unless you have a card you won't get all the extra AC points, but still keep your receipt and get it validated so that points you do get can be transferred onto your new card.

SIL card took about 2 weeks, my replacement in November took just over a month  I nearly died!

:o Oh yeah, lol, sorry!! (in my defense i am only half concentrating whilst revising,, honest ;) )

Maisie, the "100 points Trevor Sorbie Mg" AC vouchers exclude miniatures.

Although as mentioned yesterday, some of the "mg to go" products look like miniatures but still attract the 100 points!

But where would the fun be if they made it too easy. ;)

Just had a look at the other site, and the same chap also bought 3 lots of deodorant, perhaps this is to help any sweating that he may do whilst returning 108 bottles!

Sorry that was a bit mean - I'm sure he'll find a good use for them - local hospice perhaps?
