Last week I ordered four of the No7 organisers from Boots.com that were reduced from £15 to 3.75, with that order I got the No7 Gift Bag free.

It was due to be delivered yesterday and I just called Boots to let them know that it hasn't arrived and they said that Royal Mail have informed them that it was delivered. She was very nice and said that she'd send the order again but I've just had an email saying that unfortunately the Organisers are now out of stock ( surprise, suprise!) and that I've been refunded all that I've paid, but, that I get to keep the 120 points and also she's sending the gift bag for free still.

I'm kind of happy but really did want the organisers.

Now I'm wondering who at Royal mail has my order, that makes me so cross. If I order something that my postman delivers it's usually fine, if it has to come by van they usually leave it on the doorstep where it obviously gets picked uppretty quickly by someone walking past.

unfortunately the time period for just chaning your mind is 28 days, you may be able to exchange without a reciept unless its really obvious that thyre last years stock.

Pop into your sorting office to check that its not there. Alot of ebayers have said that the postie often tries to deliver parcels when you are out but fails to leave a card. I would contact Royal Mail and put a complaint in too. Someone I know won an ipod which was never delivered, it turned out the postie had signed for it himself.

I'm suprised you aren't pregnant yet with all the benefits on offer!!!!!

Been pregnant for non stop for 2 years (ish) got pregnant 4 weeks after birth - thats why i bought 2 big packs of condoms!!!! The bar sounded like a good frebie though! I have had the boots freebies legitimatly(!) twice and my husband has had them twice on my behalf. Seriously considered avoiding the bar so that i could get more freebies(is ther such a thin g as boots rehab?!)

Have you complained to Royal Mail? I once complained re delivery to my Gran's house (left stuff to get wet cos couldn't be bothered to wait for her to answer the door), they do look into it and I got compensation by way of stamps. I used the website https://www.royalmail.com to complain HTH
