Can anyone advise on TS in the Crewe area. The offer is not on in the crewe stores, just wondering is there is any in local stores? Chester? Manchester (going there next wednesday, probably too late!!!)

Garnier stuff has about 30% off just now. I was looking for that wrinkle cream that claims to make them go away in about an hour and got it for £5 something instead of £7.99. i haven't used it yet but I've got high hopes for it!

Just been into the Robin Park Boots (Wigan) and they have also run out of the chocolates. The SA told me they were expecting more in the next couple of days and they would honour the vouchers if I kept hold of them.

To pick your brains on another one...

With the recent Time Delay loophole, where people were presenting a £5 off coupon to get a product selling for £5 or less, does the coupon act as payment in the legal sense. (To quote from your example above) Ie the cashier "takes (the coupon) for the said goods, as their acceptance of your offer."

I find your reminder that a shop is under no obligation to sell you anything interesting in the context of this thread, given how many SAs seem to invent ad hoc conditions of sale. Their actions - although annoying - would seem 100% legally watertight.

That's nice of them! Do they stock them normally then? They had none in Boots today either .

Went into Boots today and put a few special offers into my basket, I asked the SA if they had any £5/chocy vouchers she said they had run out, so I put all my things back except a TS and a Hacket which were very cheap and as I had got vouchers out of machine I got 200 extra points for spending less than £2.

I must say that the SA in question is a sour puss she nearly stopped me having a bogof the other week because they were on offer but did'nt get away with it! I think she is trying to save Boots some money!! :happyhear
