Thank you all, I was sure someone said you would be able to check points balance online soon (feb sometime)
Thought i was right about the 250 pointer but wanted to be sure.
I "got" 2 olay £4.99 products on sunday with 2 skincare vouchers and the sa asked for my ad card, i said "oh i dont think you get points for these as they are free" but she said yes i do get the points.
Anyway i gave my ad card but the receipts shows my points stayed the sameRunning total for swagbucks - £270 since Jan
Running total for superpoints -:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

Sorry but I have another question. I have, up to now 2700 points on my AC card, I would like to save them up and use them for xmas pressies at the end of the year. Will I be able to do this or do you have to use the points within a certain time limit?
Thanks
Netty x
No, I don't think there's a time limit, I saved mine up for christmas last year.Organised people are just too lazy to look for things

Hi Netty
As far as I know, your points will stay on your card until you decide to spend them. There is no 'use by' date with a Boots AC, so keep saving and keep watching the Boots Thread for lots of great tips on maximising your points0 -
wishingonastar wrote:can anyone help, just had a delivery from boots.com and the box is damaged and some of the items are. this is the third in a row delivery this has happened, i rang and complained about the first 2, and got replacement products for damaged items, although the second time the girl on the phone sounded skeptical as to whether this was the case, which has a) put me off ringing again and b) put me off ordering online again. do you think i may get better response if i write to them? i've tried emailing once before when i didn't get points on my card, but they said they never recieved that email, although i still have it in my sent items now, lol (must delete some one day!!)
does anyone else have problems with the parcels being damaged. the delivery man was very apologetic, he says the box had been resealed at there depot as it was half open. any ideas please?
In my experience Boots packaging is very poor and I have had damaged items.
If I were you I wouldn't hesitate to ring them and complain and, I would make a point of mentioning the past orders that this has happened with.
They seem to use boxes that are too big for the items and then stuff the box with reams of twisted brown paper.
Good Luck and if you have a problem with CS then I would advise writing to complain about the package and the treatment from CS.0 -

bedshaped wrote:Does anyone know if the TS points voucher works on Minis ? - I got a hair gel reduced to 44p and I think the machine gave me the 100 points for it but I cant be sure as I handed over other points vouchers as well.
If it's the 50ml Firm Hair Gel @ 44p, you'll get the 100 points added - did that myself last week. (before card went walkies! sob sob!)
The voucher does say it excludes miniatures, but may be worth testing to see if they go thru?Hehe - found a skincare/choccy voucher on the floor too :heartpulsThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
